Tree Sanctuary

A giant in the forest full of color, light and sunshine has emerged onto my canvas – a Sanctuary Tree. This tree bloomed from my brushes like a sculpture reaching for the light… thirsty, strong and brave 🙂 . Of course this painting is about inspiring happiness and resilience, but it also has humor in it, as many of my paintings do. It is full of hidden images – what can you see?- and it hangs and drinks the light on Bainbridge Island, WA.
